French Drain & Yard Regrading

Scope of Work

Installed a 120-linear-foot perforated pipe French drain system along the back fence line, added two NDS catch basins at the low points, regraded the yard to establish positive slope away from the foundation, and buried downspout extensions to a daylight outlet at the rear property edge.

4" perforated PVC pipe, washed drainage gravel, filter fabric sock, NDS catch basins, solid PVC discharge pipe
